Splatter Fairies
Posted by lapazfarm on June 7th, 2006 filed in Curriculum or Lack Thereof..., Superboy Work SamplesAs promised…
This was a fun little craft project that simply involved some cardstock cut into quarters, some thinned acrylic paint (tempera might work even better) and a straw. Blob the paint on and blow until you’re dizzy! Then after it dries you simply pick out the patterns that look humanoid and highlight them with black or silver. Add hands and feet if ya want and voila! Splatter fairies!

Theresa,
These are absolutely creative and so breathtaking! I have been enjoying your fairie posts. I’ll have to post a picture on my blog for you of our own fairie lights that I have in my backyard

I couldn’t wait to see these, and I wasn’t disappointed! Those are adorable. I am totally going to steal this entire unit from you, unless you give me permission to use it.
