magical colors

This simple activity kept JBug delightfully busy for quite some time today:

colormix

Three dishes of water colored with food coloring, three tiny spoons (eighth or quarter tsp) and a watercolor palette was all it took to keep JBug fascinated. She loved discovering the new colors made by mixing different combinations of colored water. Look at that smile! She had just exclaimed,”Look! It turned green, Mommy!” I think she thought it was magic!
