Hi –
I read your e-mail from one of the Alaska HS Groups.
I moved from NC to Fairbanks in January.
If you have any specific questions I would be glad to help you if I can. My email address is crimsoncovered@yahoo.com

Wonderful pictures, Theresa! My Bookworm has a knack for finding four-leaf clovers. He says, in addition to good luck, it also means a leprechaun has been there.
Around here, some folks PLANT their lawns in clover. Easier to maintain. More suited to the climate. Generally a more environmentally friendly lawn.
Jove, that makes total sense to me. Myself, I don’t plant it. The clover just comes when and where it wants and I embrace it!
What amazing pictures!! Great job!!!
Hi Theresa,
What kind of camera do you use to get such great close-ups? I can’t seem to get such good photos from my little digital (I don’t even know what kind it is or anything) but I’d like to get more into nature photography.
So how do you take such good pictures?
Oops! That last post was from me, Faith!
Excellent photos, just loved them. Yep, must be your lucky day for sure, you found something beautiful to get behind your camera lens and bless us all with.
Thanks, Faith! My camera is only average as far as digital cameras go (my dh has the good one right now) but it works fairly well for me. It is a Kodak EasyShare DX7590. It has 5.0 megapixels and a macro function, which is what I used for these shots. I like the camera and have had it several years, so I am pretty used to it. But I am looking forward to having a chance to play around with my dh’s Nikon when I get up to Fairbanks.
Awesome photos! I love how you capture the beauty in EVERYTHING Theresa.
