Just a little reminder. If you’d like to participate with us this year in our hands-on marine biology course over at my Fieldwork blog, head on over and check it out. There are now 11 weeks of lesson plans up, tons of great resources linked, and much more. Currently I’m asking for input over there on ways we can share our progress with each other. I’d love to hear your ideas!
Oh, and don’t forget to add Fieldwork to your feed reader! Even if you are not participating, there should be some nifty Lapaz science action going on over there starting about sept 1. You won’t want to miss that!
We want to do the project weeks!
Thanks so much for sharing. We’re trying to figure out if we can do it without the in water portions. Long Island Sound is chilly in the summer, so going in to look for things in the fall and winter just isn’t going to happen! LOL. We’ll certainly be following along.
Theresa you do so much ! We also are not near an ocean and with how our summer is going thus far the lake may freeze come sept. yet I am going to follow along anyway so that perhaps I may get some ideas for a fresh water study come spring thaw . It is also a great experience for me as our boys are the same age so just seeing your plans etc. is a huge bonus and help . I feel a bit like a cheat as I just do not have the same energy . I feel blessed by all your research , effort and work .
