We got an old book out of the Key Largo library awhile back called Sailing the Farm that had a ton of info on edible algaes as he was looking for a diet with maximum nutrition but minimum weight and space but the idea of growing blue-green algae in the head was not my cup of tea! Give me sushi any day instead! Yummy!
