Today was the day our church celebrates the birth of Mary, the mother of God.

In honor of the feast of St Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of our homeschool, the kiddos made some gifts for our dear pets.

Yesterday, being the feast of St. Nicholas we decided it was a great excuse an excellent reason to skip school celebrate by spending the day making Christmas decorations, eating cookies, listening to Christmas music, and drinking eggnog!
